24/7 Emergency Garage Door Repair

Door stuck open at 2 AM? Spring broke on a Sunday? We respond around the clock — no hidden emergency surcharge.

Around-the-Clock Emergency Response

Garage door emergencies do not wait for business hours. A door stuck open overnight is a security risk. A door that fell off its tracks is a safety hazard. A broken spring on a weekend means your car is trapped in the garage.

Strongman Garage Doors answers emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When you call our emergency line, you are talking to a real person — not a voicemail, not an answering service. We will get a technician to your door as quickly as possible.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Outside of those hours, our emergency line is always active for urgent situations.

No Hidden Emergency Surcharge

Many garage door companies advertise 24/7 service but then add a steep emergency fee — sometimes $100 to $200 or more on top of the repair cost. At Strongman, we do not do that.

When you call us for an emergency repair, you get the same honest, upfront pricing you would get during regular business hours. We quote you a price before we start, and that is the price you pay. No after-hours markups, no weekend surcharges, no surprise fees on the invoice.

We believe that when your garage door is broken and your home is unsecured, the last thing you should worry about is getting hit with inflated pricing.

Common Garage Door Emergencies

These are the most frequent emergency calls we receive:

  • Door stuck open — A broken spring or cable can leave your door wide open, exposing your home and belongings to theft and weather.
  • Door fell off tracks — Impact damage, a broken cable, or a failed roller can knock the door off its tracks, making it impossible to open or close.
  • Broken spring late at night — You hear a loud bang in the garage and discover a broken torsion spring. Your car may be trapped inside.
  • Door will not close after leaving — You are about to leave for work or a trip and the door will not shut. Your home cannot be secured.
  • Storm or vehicle damage — A car backed into the door or severe weather bent or broke panels, leaving the door inoperable.
  • Opener failure — The opener motor burns out or the circuit board fails, and manual operation is not possible or safe.

What To Do While Waiting for Emergency Repair

If you have called us and a technician is on the way, here are a few things you can do to stay safe:

  • Do not force the door. If the door is stuck, do not try to manually force it open or closed. This can cause further damage or injury.
  • Keep people and pets away. A damaged door can shift or fall unexpectedly. Keep children and pets out of the garage.
  • Disconnect the opener. If the opener is still engaged and the door is off-track or damaged, pull the emergency release cord (the red handle hanging from the opener rail) to disconnect the door from the opener.
  • Secure the area if the door is open. If your door is stuck in the open position, move valuables away from the opening and keep an eye on the garage until we arrive.
  • Do not attempt DIY spring or cable repair. Springs and cables are under extreme tension. Wait for a trained technician.
